He noticed Steve leave the table and glanced over to where the Admiral was going; Connor saw another officer standing and talking with Steve. Connor wondered who it was though he could tell that the unknown officer was in command since the man wore red. He noticed the officer had 2 full and 1 half pips; the Felinoid got up and approached them. "Hello Lieutenant Commander, I am Commander Connor Blake, first officer of this starbase. Welcome aboard and to the ceremony." He said.
