Des couldn't help but read the commanders thoughts, he seemed to be one of those uniquely caring type of commander. Des guessed that is why the commander was in the position he was.
"Any idea when the ceremony is going to start? I am eager to finish my studies so I can join a ship." Des asked laughing gently with a hint of nervous but confident humor.
