Connor was about to inspect the center console, which was the same dimensions of a table but with one large support leg, but his combadge came alive with Admiral Malloway’s voice.

At the same time a flight control officer came to Connor’s side with a padd detailing the craft Steve spoke of. It was a Gryphon-class fighter assigned to the Braveheart and it was also listed as an experimental craft. The pilot was the Commander, Air Group on the Braveheart which surprised Connor for the CAG was a senior officer.

Connor tapped his combadge. =^= Aye sir, =^= he said to Steve and wrote the orders down on the same padd the flight controller gave him then handed it back. He crossed to the center console and opened a channel to the fighter. =^= Tango 1 this is Starbase Command, what the hell did you think you were doing! Get the hell back to Shuttle bay 1 and land the hell down on pad 6. Immediately! =^= Connor yelled over the comm. He was not impressed in the slightest.

He turned to the flight control officer. “When the pilot lands have them report directly to me,” Connor ordered. “I’ll give them the Admiral’s orders.”

“Aye sir,” the flight controller said and hurried off to Shuttle bay 1 pad 6; the controller had handed back the padd he had originally given to Connor.

Connor waited impatiently for the pilot.
